Manager
MR. VORN VORTTITSYA, is a SCA AST (Authorized SCA Trainer) Barista Trainer who fell in love with the coffee world and loves to explore new experiences. His professional aspiration is to be appreciated in bridging a gap between barista and consumer. He dedicated his barista skills and passion to coffee lovers in training baristas, helping them to achieve their dreams in accomplishing their career path and pushing their skills in the upper-level coffee field. He passionately continues to help many baristas in achieving their goals and in the process some have become Master barista which Mr. TITSYA is grateful for.
About Academy Class
Consumer Level
These classes will answer many question of coffee lover in general such as History of Coffee, History of Espresso and steps of making that perfect espresso, how to evaluate Coffee and milk foam quality, Cupping Protocol and roasting. Through these courses, Student will be able to have a more comprehensive understanding about coffee at a professional level.
Professional Level
These course will be fun and challenging with the goal of presenting coffees that look and taste AMAZING. This course aims to provide an up to date, solid foundation for passionate coffee lover. With easy to follow step by step espresso extractions, milk steaming, maintenance and taste testing comparison techniques, this course will surely help all skills level barista to achieve the best possible result.

Barista TrainerHello there, I’m MOM CHRO, from Kompot province. I graduated high school in 2013. From there, I’ve pursued my higher education in Phnom Penh 2014, in the field of Public Relations.
