Our Facility
The best quality coffee green bean is important point job of coffee roast master but most importantly is transforming green bean to our quality roasted coffee bean. We need to select the best roasting machine to create a perfect roasting profile to deliver the best quality cup of coffee. To get the highest quality coffee bean, we choose the PROBAT ROASTER, one of the most famous German Brand in the world. To ensure roasting stability level management, we use digital system to create (Roasting-Profile) automatize roasting control profile for each of our customer who receive the same type of coffee beans, enhancing their roasting management profile.
To facilitate the production process, reduce labor, and reduce staff negligence and to ensure accuracy and quality, we have prepared silos for stocking green coffee bean of each type, equipped with the latest modern technology of the European Union. System is able to control each type of green bean and automatically pull to roasting machine according to the desired amount (25kg) or (90kg). After roasting, different types of roasted coffee beans are sucked by the control system to the silo for storage so that the coffee automatically emits the correct gas, reducing labor and exposure to hygienic product comply with Food Safety System (HACCP) before and after making coffee products for customers.
